Kenamari Hotel Cusco

Location close enough to all the popular attractions, the historical centre of Cusco, and the post office and the Avenida el Sol where many atractions are. Very friendly and excellent staff, early check in.

The Kenamari Hotel Cusco offers a clean and welcoming atmosphere, complemented by especially helpful and attentive staff members. Guests can enjoy beautiful street views from the hotel, along with a comfortable bed in the king room that includes a safe, multi-channel television, and a writing table. the breakfast features a huge variety of delicious options to start the day off right!

The room we booked was immaculate and cosy with heating. All the personnel was outstandingly accommodating. Its location was great, right next to a construction zone, and in a domestic area. Really enjoyed food selection, meals were healthy and they have a wide array of options.

Breakfast at the hotel was very nice, staff very polite.

The room was very cold. Although the hotel has central heating, battery turn on only 1 hour and if you give them a call. Otherwise, they forget to turn on a battery.

This hotel offers comfortable queen rooms with heating, and the friendly staff and great location near restaurants make for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is centrally located around five minutes walk from the main sqaure. The staff are very helpful and friendly and faciliated our late check in and early departure for the Inca Trail (including breakfast at 5am!). They also looked after our luggage while we treked the Inca Trail. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Would highly recommend for either a City Break or a stop off before the Inca Trail.

This staff of this Hotel makes it one of the best in Cusco. The Hotel is well maintained and has all the comforts of home.

This hotel is located right in the heart of town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with heating to keep you warm during chilly nights. Plus, the breakfast spread is absolutely amazing, a perfect start to the day.

The staff at Kenamari Hotel were accommodating and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. When we arrived during a strike in Cusco, they even went the extra mile to pick us up and walk us to the hotel. The rooms were clean and the hot showers were a welcome treat. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the main tourist area of Cusco. I would highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic service and comfortable rooms.

Close to popular markets and a short walk from key tourist spots, making it a perfect location for exploring the city. Appreciated the added bonus of the hotel being in a safe and locked location, providing peace of mind throughout my stay.

Only downside was that some interior rooms can be noisy if you are near the stairs, so would recommend requesting an exterior room if possible. , although it is a reasonable distance from the main square, it can take around 15-20 minutes to walk there.
